11. Customer Responsibility for Shipment Tracking
XYZ EDUCACAO AGRO LTDA (Santafe Agroinstituto) disclaims responsibility for delays or product returns resulting from the customer's failure to track the shipment. A tracking code is provided so the customer can monitor the delivery status of the product. In the event that the product is held at customs or returned to the sender due to the customer's failure to collect or track it, the customer shall be solely responsible for reshipping costs, including any additional charges.
12. Refund with Cost Deductions
In the event of a refund, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the amount paid, corresponding to taxes paid by the company, as well as the original shipping cost, both of which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
